Scope and Acceptance

By submitting an order, you agree that your purchase is governed by these Terms and the other policies available through our store.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated U.S. carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days after an eligible return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Include relevant photographs or videos.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, packing, shipment preparation, or dispatch begins.

Promotions

Promotions may have expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, availability limits, or other conditions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be redeemed for cash or combined.
